Free Weight Loss Healthy Recipes

To develop easy free weight loss healthy recipes you should first know the meaning of a healthy recipe. We tend to perceive healthy recipes as recipes that have no fat in them, no salt, no cream or dairy, and no red meat. We also perceive healthy recipes as recipes that contain vegetables, chicken, grains or recipes that are developed by the weight loss industry that are delivered to us packaged as frozen dinners and lunches.

What are Healthy Recipes?

The first thing we are going to learn in this segment of free weight loss healthy recipes is that fat is good for you. Using the right type of fat in your free weight loss healthy recipes is necessary for optimal health. Fat is also necessary to give your food taste and flavor. The best fat to use in your cooking is Extra Virgin Olive Oil raw or cold pressed; you could use also sesame oil, grape seeds oil, peanut oil or coconut oil. I should explain in detail the reasons why I think Olive oil is the best fat ever for cooking in my post about low fat free weight loss recipes.

A healthy recipe calls for organic vegetables either fresh from the market or frozen; do not use canned vegetables or dehydrated vegetables. The same goes for fruits. If you have to use non organic vegetables, then use the ones that are less contaminated with chemicals and toxins. Prep your vegetables just before cooking, and cook them just before serving for maximum benefit.

Organic frozen vegetables are the best choice for free weight loss healthy recipes, even though this should depend on the manufacturer processing method, but most of them know that the sooner they blanch the veggies and flash freeze them the longer the shelf life. Freezing vegetables halts the biochemical activities and preserve the nutrients and the quality of the veggies.

We consume too much salt in our diet, actually twice more than recommended by health experts. The part of salt implicated in high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes and kills 150,000 Americans every year is Sodium. Your table salt that you use everyday in your cooking contains 97.5% of sodium chloride and 2.5% chemicals such as moisture absorbents, and iodine, dehydrated at over 1,200 degrees F. which alters the natural chemical structure of the salt. In order for you to prepare a healthy recipe for you and your family do not use table salt. Healthy recipes do not contain table salt. Use instead Himalayan Salt, Celtic salt or natural sea salt.

Free Weight Loss Sample Menu

In my practice my clients ask me for a free weight loss sample menu, because I would just educate them on how to eat healthy, and what type of food is beneficial for healthy recipes. As a holistic nutrition consultant I am not allowed to prescribe but my job is to educate and teach my clients how to produce weight loss recipes, low fat recipes, low calorie recipes, or low carb recipes. However, I am allowed to suggest free weight loss recipes or a free weight loss sample menu. But first let me give you some general information about food and weight loss.

Eating high quality food is the best way to lose weight and achieve optimal health and inner satisfaction. If you compromise your nutrition and the quality of food you are eating because you want to lose weight and be thin, you will suffer dire consequences, and I am not exaggerating. Our culture and society is asking us to become thin fast and now, otherwise it will reject us and demean us. So we starve ourselves, and waste our money and energy on diet plans and programs that hurt us more and eventually make us fatter and heavier.

Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, at least 10 servings a day is the first step into a healthy thin body and replacing all your drinking liquids with a good amount of filtered water daily should help rejuvenate your body organs and your blood flow. Anyway let’s go back and give you what you came here for free weight loss recipes. But this time it is better it is a free weight loss sample menu.
